Target Audience
Physicians who wish to advance their current knowledge of clinical cancer medicine
in lung cancer and are involved in providing patient care in a cancer care environment.
Learning Objectives
After completing this course, the reader should be able to:
- Discuss the role of thoracoscopy in the evaluation of pulmonary nodules
and pleural effusion.
- Describe the role of thoracoscopy in the staging of lung cancer.
- Discuss the role of thoracoscopy in surgical resection of early-stage lung
cancer.
